My 2009 DSG equipped Jetta TDi, has been at the dealer for almost 16 weeks for the Emissions modification. Parts have been installed and the ECU has been updated. The TCM cannot be updated for some reason and new software has to be approved by the EPA for the TCM. Anyone else in this same situation? I'm not too sure what to do, I feel like I was duped yet again by VW.
