I've tried every combination and I can't get the results page to put commas between the keywords (or "AND")
I take that back: AND works provided you DO NOT SORT RESULTS BY RELEVANCY - any of the available choices EXCEPT Relevancy works!

That doesn't make much sense to me, but at least I know how it works now

I've followed this thread for awhile and despite moving from "newbie" to "member" status, my search screen still does not have a Boolean option. Someone previously suggested that the Boolean feature may not be available for newbies. Well, in my case it's also not available as a "member". Thoughts?

Just type the Boolean expression in the search field.

Ex. Jetta OR Golf NOT manual

Boolean disapperaed a while back and I MISS IT!

Don't know why, I really liked it. Infact I even spoke highly of it on other forums.

Now it is gone, and I miss it. I read this thread hoping it was about bolean being restored.

Have you tried adding the Boolean expressions in the search box like I indicated in my previous post. There is no need for any Boolean box like shown in the very earlier posts.

I have better success using Google to search within the TDI Forum.

For example go to Google and search for: "tdiclub harmonic balancer".

Cheers!

How do I start a new thread?
1) enter the sub-forum where you want to start your new thread.
2) near the top of the page you will see a button that looks like this:

3) Press that button, enter a thread title and type away.
4) when done press the button that says "submit new thread"

That's it!

Have Fun!
