FS: 2003 VW Jetta Wagon GLS TDI 5-Speed Manual - Hudson NY

Hi All,

I'm selling my 2003 GLS TDI Wagon. Its in overall good shape and drives well, but is due for some maintenance work. I've had it for 1.5 years, and bought it from the daughter of the original owner. It's never let me down, but I've moved to NYC and don't need it.
Specs:

• 186k Miles, I've owned since 167k.
• Runs, drives and shifts well, as it should.
• Doesn't burn oil between changes, I do Castrol Syntec every 5k.
• 42-46MPG, depending on driving conditions.
• New Clutch around 110k by previous owner.
• Sunroof
• Velour Seats
• Monster Mats

Condition:

• Cosmetically its in pretty good shape but not mint.
• Paint and rockers are good, no rust. One paint chip on the hood that needs to be touched up.
• Interior is good, no rips in the velour, could use a detailing.
• Headrests don't match, they are black leather...
• Needs a new top to the center armrest, its missing.

Needs:

• Timing belt service is due.
• AC doesn't work, compressor doesn't engage. Not sure why and my mechanic doesn't work on AC systems....

Price:
$3800.

My mechanic and exhaust shop is happy to do the work if buyer wants, I can help coordinate.
