Corrosion Warranty

I am having a fight with VW over some fender rust. They wouldn't cover the repair (not perforated) My body shop sand blasted the fenders and found that it isn't just surface rust, but they actually have small holes right through in places.

I don't have an owners manual because I bought it used. Does anyone have a link to, or can someone scan the corrosion warranty for me?

Well 1st you need to tell people what year and type of VW you have. I believe my manual says it has to be rusted through.

1999 new body style Jetta TDI. It is rusted right through the fender area in a few places (small holes, but they are right through)

Can someone scan for me pages 9 and 10 of booklet 1.2 of the owners manual for a 1999 new body style Jetta?

The link to the VW page gives the general warranty info, but I need specifics.
