Hello, one question for you guys, can passat b5 ATJ front wheel drive 2000.06 5 speed clutch be 240mm instead of 228mm? Audi workshop manual website says that DUK gearbox clutch is 240mm, but mine is 228mm. It's possible to fit bigger flywheel there without any major modifications?

If it is a 240mm SMF then possibly.
If it is a 240mm DMF then you will need a 5.5mm spacer between the gearbox and engine. If you are stock the 1.9tdi 228mm SMF or DMF clutch will be fine.

The 240mm DMF won't fit without the spacer. Your car may already have it. Not sure.
