2015 Jetta Seat Heaters Stopped Working

I wouldn't be surprised if it's canbus. You might check continuity between the pins on the switch and the pins on the module and see if they are directly connected or not. If they are it could also be PWM or something, not necessarily a varying voltage. Do you have an oscilloscope?

How does the cost compare to the module under the seat? If I was throwing parts at it I might start there.
