Rear panel glass R&R wagon.

I managed to shatter my drivers side rear panel window glass. Luckily I have a parts car I can rob one from. My question is what is the best way to go about removing it? Do i need a new seal?

These windows are urethaned in. There are bonded in M6 studs with 10mm nuts that need to be removed.

If you don't want to cut your parts car windows out, I do have a set in storage.
