2015 highline Passat purchased

Just got a highline Passat. 95,000 km. Anything I should get done? Drives nice. I’m happy with it so far. Got 780 km on first tank of fuel and had 220 range left cost me $64 to fill.

Replace all filters - air, oil, and fuel. Get dealer or very reputable shop with proper VAG computer to do the fuel filter...

Sorry but the fuel filter is as easy as pie to replace, No VCDS required.
Just watch this video and you'll be fine.


Takes about 15-20 minutes tops.


Change fuel filter

takes 15-20 min, and another 15-20 min to clean up the spilled diesel and wash off your hands.

I use a plastic store shopping bag to immediately transfer the filter into after letting the fuel from the filter run into the filter housing, I also wear disposable vinyl gloves doing that.
No muss, no fuss, no cleaning up !

Thanks guys. Going to get oil change done next week.salesman said they did it but I don’t trust them.
