Bls caddy

Hi all,
I have purchased a 58plate caddy that has put a rod bearing out (BLS).
I have read and searched ever article about the asz swap but not all is fully explained in detail pn what'needs to be done.
I am hoping someone one can help me with some details that are missing or that has carried out the conversion.
