Decent shape but not perfect. Two of the biggest maintenance items are taken care of. New complete Timing Belt kit from idparts (done by myself Oct 1st) and the clutch was replaced with an OEM Sachs kit just before my purchase. Also one new glow plug for cyl 1.
ABS light is on for a pump failure, wheel speed sensors are good. Intermittent engine light because of the EGR being blocked off. Its better for fuel economy. Have 1 fob with a broken key and the valet key. I have the VW computer program and can show it to you to be completely honest.
Interior is about a 6/10. Seats and carpet are in good shape, normal wear and tear on the surfaces. Center arm rest is broken as usual. Glass is all in good shape, power windows and locks work as they should. Tires and brakes are in good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to take it cross country.
