hi guys. i have a 2008 Golf, replaced turbo as it had a whine and it felt under powered with underboost issue. fitted new turbo and i still have no power until 2150 rpm. I checked for vacuum leak in actuator and piping, i checked i have 18 in Hg from solenoid block, i checked vnt operates from 3in Hg to 18in Hg where it meets stop. i did some logging and it seems that the duty cycle is not as it should.
