2005 Audi A6 3.0 TDI or Mercedes E320 CDI?

This is a tough one. Both vehicles are good looking and amazing in all respects (my opinion). The Audi does have the Quattro, but there is no reason why the E320 CDI cannot have 4Matic. The Audi has 24 more HP and 36 less FT-LB (and less displacement). The Audi may be a slight bit faster in the 0-60 times, but we don't know yet. If they can bring the E320 to US now, then it should be possible to bring the 3.0 TDI next year. The Audi interior is simply amazing (although the MMI maybe a little confusing). We don't know which one is better priced or which one has better mileage. I am leaning to the Audi.
