Looking for Hoses from Water Pump to engine

I replaced all of my heater and radiator hoses last year but failed to identify that there are two hoses coming from the water pump, one has recently failed. I can't find the part numbers for any of these hoses. I have replaced the ones going to the oil cooler already. Thanks

There is no hose from the water pump! There is the hose that attaches to the thermostat that feeds the water pump. There is a hard pipe that goes into the back of the water pump and it has a square cut oring that often leaks.

Curious Chris, I have two hoses. One goes into the block that comes from a pipe that I assume comes from the Water pump. Then I assume the other one returns to the Water pump. I need to get these replaced.

The hose is bad where it runs close to the cooling fans.
