Ross Tech VCDS with Macbook pro?

Hello. So I just replaced the timing belt and injection pump on my 2002 Jetta TDI and I cant get the VCDC program to run on my macbook with parallels or virtual box in order to fine tune the timing. Called Ross Tech, they said to use bootcamp but it still wont load. Can anyone help please?

Can you be more specific about it not loading? I use it in boot camp on a macbook pro regularly. Is there an error message?
