I had a similar experience.
I replaced both front wheel bearings. Followed the Bently to a T.
Not soon after the left bearing is loose. Tightened it up but it was noisy.
Bought a new hub and bearing ( good parts not China stuff) gave it all to
a shop to install and do a alignment. Some time later left bearing is loose again.
Came across a thread on here that talked about needing to use blue locktite on some
of the new after market nuts. So thats what I did on all the wheel nuts and so far
no other problems.
