Oh boy, that is one huge pile of crap. "Pay us one billion dollars, and then give us 15% of the gross sales." Of the sales! Not even gross profits! Never mind that the thing won't work.
At least it must be posted as a joke. Nobody is going to bid on it at that price, so we don't have to worry about it being a scam. We just have to worry that some idiot at work will tell us about this "great" idea.
