Turbo rebuilders

It seems the turbo in my B4 is leaking oil past the seals, which is sad because its a 2 years old factory rebuild. I'm pretty sure the turbo is in good shape and I would like to rebuild it if possible. Is it common to have these (G 15's) rebuilt.

I saw Street Toys rebuilds a variety turbos. Has anybody used 'em? Any others I should try?

place in nevada rebuilds them--butttttttt. they sell a borgwarner replacement, for about the cost of a rebuild. the borg is way better. the bearing area is larger than the kkk or garrett-----hence lasts nearly forever, and no broken impeller shaft--375.00 or so. i believe industrial injection service

what's the name of this place in Nevada that sells the Borg-Warner replacements (Just in case my turbo decides to die on me...)?
