I have been working on my intake, chargecooler, and radiator. All of these projects overlap, which makes it a pain to plan, but it is the right way to do it. I picked up an all-aluminum Griffin Scirocco radiator with the lower hose on the driver's side. This will clear the AC compressor lines, and oil filter, while giving me a good amount of space for the chargecool radiator.
The GT1544 turbo is showing axial play and I am looking at the new wastegated Garrett GBC20-300.

I have already started building a GTB to T25 adapter on my Profi exhaust manifold.

I would like to do a tubular manifold, but the SDI intake has a much larger radius which interferes with the tubes. ProfiDiesel said they can make them custom to fit but they stopped responding once I got them the clearances. The SDI AQM intake is nearly three times as thick off the head as all the puny TDI intake.

Just recently, I noticed these similarities.
