Default Cup to GLI steering wheel swap

After the hours I've spent reading around, I didn't realize how complex and confusing a steering wheel could be.

I just want to make sure I have this right before buying stuff. I have a 2010 TDI Cup which has the MFSW steering wheel. I bought a GLI or GTI wheel to replace it with that has part number 5K0 419 091 P XPD. From what I've read I need air bag 1KM 880 201 A 81U which apparently has since been updated to revision "e". Then I see talk about different harnesses and such. Do I just need to find that air bag or is there more I may need.

Did you ever get this sorted? I have the same steering wheel, and now I'm wondering if I need a new airbag.

I'm not sure if this helps but... I recently changed out the steering wheel on my 2013 Golf TDI to a GTI wheel and I did need a new airbag since they are a different shape, also make sure that you have the right harness for the MFSW
