Another B5.5 Hot Start Problem

Its interesting that it started after an extended trip. Did you refuel a couple of times?
I tried to run a higher concentration of bio-diesel in my 05. I had the same issues you were having. Switched back to a lower concentration and it starts fine.
Perhaps the fuel you are getting at your "normal" station has a higher concentration of bio-diesel than where you filled up on the road?

I did get fuel once on the way down. That's a good point to though. The fuel could be another factor. The PO ran b100 in this car for years. I try to run b20 whenever I can get it and use Opti-lube if I can't get b20. Always seems to run fine on whatever I put in it.

Hard to say, I know anything over B50 in mine resulted in hard starts when it was warm. Fired right away cold, never when warm.
