Weathertech Deflectors

Got my weather tech deflectors for the jetta today. They look real good, went on easy and have a good fit.

Took for a test and no flapping or vibrating. They are not as dark as some of the other brands, but do okay. http://www.macneilauto.com/Notape.html

I guess what do you expect for German engineering??

99 Jetta TDI (A4)

I've got them on my A4 Golf. Real nice in the rain. You can also crack your windows on a sunny day when it's parked without worrying about anyone fooling around because they provide good concealment.

Are these the type of wind deflectors that stick on the door or do they fit into the window channel? I am not sure if there is an advantage to one or they other except maybe how long they stay on the door.
