I know someone happily running 180bhp (crank) and 320 lb/ft (crank) on entirely stock bottom end. I would imagine they will go well in to the 200s / 400+ lb/ft before starting to think about needing to fit better ones.

We had an ajm with 260hp and about 500nm. No problems.
I use these rods for 5cylinder tdi and they hold 600 Nm and up to 350hp.

I'm at 188whp/377 ft/lbs on my PD100 and so far, so good.

We ran about 80psi twin turbos into pd100 bew never dynoed it but it ran the 11 seconds 1/4 mile horsepower had to been estimated to be 350+
