Where to tap for Boost gauge

Where do most of you tap into for the boost gauge?

You have to tap into the intake system. There is no lines to tap into.

Mine is now drilled and tapped into the EGR valve, many people drill and tap it into the intercooler pipe as it come up from the intercooler.

Mine is tapped into the plastic upper intercooler pipe. It was pretty easy to do, took me around 15 minutes.

What did you guys use to tap the plastic inter cooler pipe ? Just a standard threaded fitting or ??

Yes, whatever size fitting you are using thats what you tap the pipe with. I have an elbow pipe threads on one side for the intercooler and tubing threads on the other side for the tubing going to the gauge.
