HELP! VAG-COM in NE Ohio?

My 04 Passat light up the MIL indicator today and is running like crap - dangerous at starting from a stop but once it gets up to about 3200rpm in 1st gear hits with full power. It wouldn't start a couple of days ago and finally got it started - now this. When the MIL 1st came on there was no performance problem - but now there is a BIG problem. I have an appointment with the stealer but they can't see me until next week.

Go to an Autozone, they can read the code for you for free. Then search for the code here, in the area specific to your model.

Thanks - The EGR and the MAF went bad at the same time. I didn't know Autozone could read the computer - that's good to know.
