I have just recently aquired an 02 TDI Jetta with the ALH 1.9 and automatic tranny.
Went through the motor also added Manual Injectors, had inj pump rebuilt with 12mm pump mod, and upgraded the vnt 15 to vnt17.
The pump was supposed to be calibrated at idle, mid, and full throttle.
Timing on car is spot on and checked and dble checked with cam, inj pump etc.
To get the car running had to do Hammer Mod as said QI was to low.
Got car cranked but it idled at bout 3200 bumped pump top back till car idle down to 1200 before dieing.
I am not sure what I need to do as with the bigger injectors and pump mod along with Turbo things are gonna be on the heavy side.
Any suggestions to get it down around normal idle before contacting tuner on this.
I plan on running Kerma TDI Q Loader setup.

Take the charge pipe off the intake manifold and see if it makes a differance. Intercooler could be plugged up. Seems a little useless to be running a 12mm pump head when you should of had a 11mm already.....

12mm pump with smaller 10mm pump's de110 camplate will sieze with that small of injectors
yours will be even more severe with the bigger de143 camplate
I locked one up with pp764s
