Swapping a Mk III trans into a MkIV jetta

I found a good deal on a Mk III trans, the code is CTN. Will the O2a trans swap in just like a 02j? Currently I have the O1m so anything is an improvement but will it bolt up and what problems will I have? Do the O2a's have a hydraulic clutch?
