How to program my friend VW Touareg 2004 remote key fob using ross tech VCDS, anybody can explain me, than you

Cannot be done using VCDS. We do not have, and cannot get, the security codes necessary. Only a dealer's computer system has the necessary access codes.
Keep in mind that the Touareg key fob has more security electronics in it than that necessary to communicate with the immobilizer system. Thus, even other VW fobs that LOOK like they should work cannot be made to work. Similarly it is also difficult or impossible to make a key from one Touareg work on another even if the mechanical key matches.

better OBD2 say what exactly you wnat to do , what happen, what KEY you have etc

He have one original key and want another one so bought a key cut it got a chip ready to program just need to program it to carhe want REMOTE add , not a KEY (immo)
