Q7 front suspension clunking and interior exhaust fumes concern

1. Anyone else experience strong exhaust fumes inside the car with heat on?
2. Have clunking and popping in front suspension at low speeds, turning, speed bumps?

The suspension I found is a common issue but nobody seems to have found a solution.

I have a strong exhuast fume inside the car. Took it to Audi to get checked, they had it for a week and said they had another TDI in shop, said it also does the same thing. They called it not abnormal, and I need to have recirculate on when I turn on the car. I smell exhuast when I turn on the car, at a stop light and definitely when the car is regenerating.

I've had popping before, it was a loose nut on the suspension, Audi fixed it for me.

I recently got P0272 code, interruption in power. Might have to change or clean out the fuel injector.

Any luck finding an answer?

Ever since the "fix" I have the same exhaust smell but only when during cold weather and on start up / warm up. Once warmed up it goes away. And is non existent during summer months.
