I am going to change the timing belt this Saturday on my 2012 TDi Jetti,
how do I know what type motor it is?
CJAA or CBEA 2009+ Jetta, …
Can someone direct me to the Correct Timing Belt Procedure on this forum.?

There are just too many to list....
You have a CJAA, but the timing belt is the same for the CBEA anyway.

You will need a crank lock, two pins to lock both the cam and HPFP sprockets, and of course the spanner wrench for the tensioner. It is a bit more involved than the older cars, but not awful. Worst part is getting the auxiliary fuel pump and wad of fuel hoses lifted up and out of the way.

I do not know of a procedure here, but I am sure someone does. I assume you have a complete kit, too.

NCS Sedan is a little different than the A5 (often called A6 post facelift) wagon, as the NCS has a one piece fender liner that has to come out. The A5 has a two piece, so you remove the lower forward part, then just loosen and flip back the upper part. A little easier, but everything else is essentially the same.
