toyota conversion questions

Ok so Ive been browsing these conversion threads and I dont know alot about toyota trucks but are any of these trucks t-100s or a different models? Id really like to know if anyone has done this with a t-100 because it would fit the build I want to do perfectly wheel base/lenght wise. Short version

t-100 frame and drivetrain + gutted 97 passat tdi engine and remains + 38 caddy body = 4x4 Antique tdi daily driver

well some of the T100's came with 3rz's ....I drove 3rz one for a couple of years working for a solar install company hauling gear and heavy batteries up the pass to asheville on I40...seemed to do fine in the t100.... no one to my knowledge on here has done anything bigger than a toyota "mini" truck...but I don't see why you couldn't do it successfully ....you may want to do some research and see what transmission came in the T1's and see if you can swap parts to make a commercially available adapter work.... good luck!!
