2013 Jetta sports wagon

I'm going to purchase a 2013 Jetta wagon a hundred and twelve thousand miles on it is there anything I should look out for and how is the mileage with these vehicles. I've heard they were the problem child has the new program messed with the mileage? Will attend correct any of these problems.

Since VW has been fixing the recalled cars, I think I would look around to see if I could find something with lower miles for the same money. I just picked up a 2012 JSW with 30K miles for $12,000 and the emissions fix had already been done.

The timing belt comes due at 120k or 130k miles. I got a 83k km/50k mi 2014 with no options for $14k CA plus taxes. Diesel is 30% more than gas now so hardly worth it.

All of the JSWs you will find now will be buybacks that will show a manufacturer-issued title on them. VW is flooding the market.

I just picked up a 2014 virtually mint JSW, 160k miles on it. Very complete maintenance records, this was a company car and they were doing oil changes on schedule just about every 2 months.

For $6k... Can't go wrong.
