transmission shudder

I changed the transmission oil this past Friday with MTL oil and I was really hoping that the transmission would get smoother. Instead now I get a vibration every time the car is in gear. It's not noticeable while the car is in motion but if I'm idling and I shift into any gear, with the clutch pedal pressed, I get a noticeable vibration and noise. Is this to do with my recent oil change or what?

did you take off any of the hydraulic fittings for whatever reason?

Could it possibly be a worn out clutch disc with the rivets rubbing on the fly wheel and pressure plate?

Clutch was done not 2000km ago and I did not remove anything but the drain and fill bolts.

Sooo it wasn't shuttering before the oil change?

No, no shudder. I even pressure bled the clutch because I thought it might be it but it did not improve things.
