$500, and I will bring you the whole engine, LOL.

I really want to sell the engine as complete as possible, although the intake flap has been removed.

All good here. PM me your address for the tail lamp assembly. Bulb holder is with it.

Car went to scrapper this morning. Still have the engine available.

Next weekend the wrecked B5 TDI is going to the scrapper. Not much left of that one either.

Since no one is wanting the complete engine, I have started to piece it out, at least the outside stuff.

So the turbocharger is gone, even if you want the tandem pump and coolant flange still let me know.

My 04 wagon intercooler is blown out. I see this one is already gone, do you have the plumbing before and after the intercooler? I expect I can live with an aftermarket intercooler.

I do have the entire charge air tract before and after the intercooler, as well as a good original first generation dog collar. All good, no damage at all.

I would recommend only using a Behr or Valeo (one of the OEM suppliers) for an aftermarket intercooler. Some of the China boost ones are garbage. Trust me, I found that out the hard way.

Thanks! Good info.

I need to go out in the shop and rip out my charge air path and see exactly what is damaged. What would you need for what you have shipped to 31904?

I get *****ed at about the tail light, because shipping was so much, LOL...

How does $100 to your door for everything? It is probably $600+ worth of parts if purchased new. Charge air tubes are expensive.

This is the S-hose from the turbo, then the plastic pancake pipe in the wheel arch, the little short hoses on either side of the intercooler (I think I kept those, but those never fail anyway), the big plastic tube that runs up past the PS reservoir, then the last hose that clips into the throttle flap, as well as the dog collar to keep it there, which was put on this car proactively when it was new, so no wear on the clips on that hose ever happened.

Sounds fair to me. Yes shipping can get expensive - I parted out a 90 BMW E30 vert. What is your PP? I intend to go out and take mine apart today - any tips for the disassembly? If I am successful, will send the $$ tonight or be back in touch.

Thanks!

You can Paypal to:

jensertl@att.net

Do $90 instead, as I am missing one of those little shorty hoses (must have went with the intercooler). Sorry about that, but chances are yours are fine.

I have it in the Golf's trunk with me today, so I can give it to the fellow shipping them out today (he works across the street from the shop). This was his wife's car.
