When Judge Breyer ordered the 3/21/18 Intensive Settlement Process court date, there were PDF's of the court order posted to the the court's VW case website (https://www.cand.uscourts.gov/filelibrary/3310/4685-Order-Establishing-Schedule-for-Intensive.pdf and https://www.cand.uscourts.gov/filelibrary/3340/4863-Order-No.-2-Regarding-Schedule-for-Intens.pdf).
A few days after that, attorney correspondence updating on the events of 3/21/18 said "Judge Breyer and Judge Corley ordered us to come back to San Francisco on April 17, 2018 for a second day of intensive settlement discussions with the hope that, at the end of such day, there would be a formal settlement offer on the table by Volkswagen that my law firm is in a position to recommend that you accept.", but there has been no similar PDF of a written order posted to the same court website. Has anyone else heard anything regarding this one way or the other?
