1.9 tdi 4 bar boost, how to calibrate any map sensor ?

Hi !

does anyone know which map sensor to use and how to calibrate it to 4 bar boost ? I have a few and each of them has a problem to run (fuel pressure sensor) or to add up to atmospheric pressure.

BOSCH 0281006059 is the part number for 4bar map. 2 locations 1) max map voltage (usually 5V corresponds to ~1000) and the 2) max pressure (~4000mbar) have to be updated in the map.

I need 4 bar boost, well 5bar map sensor, on the ecuconnections.com there is now answer how calibrate it, people wrote only with one must used it (from Scania or m5.0d bmw).

I'm still looking someone who calibrated 5 bar map sensor or bigger for more than 3 bar boost.

Which bit do you want to calibrate?

The map sensor so the ecu works correctly?

Or the diagnostic output so you can read correctly in vcds?
