06 jetta swap with 06 beetle

i have an 06 jetta with 300k and auto trans starting to go, i just acquired an 06 manual beetle, both are tdi, can i transfer entire powerplant with wiring mods and pedal mods for the manual trans.

U can transfer engine or tranny from bettel! If looking from mechanical point!
When comes to harness bettle has some connectors in different spots and also Ecm is different spot! U might have to cut harness to fit! Plus u gone have some pins missing in connectors under the cowel! It's not plug and play when comes to electrical!
