7 pin Glow plug relay for NB?

I have changed all 7 glow plugs in my 2000 NB, and I am still getting cel, now I am trying to find out where the glow plug relay is located so i could change that too, does anyone know where it is in the car, is it a 7 pin relay, thanks for any info on this matter.

Does it really ever get below 40* in the Bay area? I used to live in sunnyvale... that was the best part about living there, wasn't cold most of the year. Glowplugs don't do anything (literally) until it's cold.
