I am the 2nd owner of this car and I have owned it for the past 3 years. I have all of the service records from day 1. This car is in excellent condition as you can see from these pictures and is ready for many more miles to a new owner.
I daily drive this Jetta about 70 miles a day and I can get 600+ miles on a tank of Diesel and that is driving 80+ mph on the interstate.
All of the common items that fail on these cars have been fixed. Cam, Headliner, Driver Door wire harness, etc...
Here is the list:
PD140 Turbo installed in Jan 2017. About 15k miles on this turbo
Malone Stage 4 Tune with 3 Bar map in Jan 2017
Bilsten B6 Shocks with new S3 shock mounts Jan 2017
SBC Stage 2 Endurance SMF clutch Oct 2017
New Drivers side Door wire harness Oct 2017
New Headlights with new Phillips bulbs Dec 2017
VWR Sport Springs Dec 2017
LED Interior light Bulbs Dec 2017
EGR Delete
New Headliner
Fatmat Hood liner to reduce noise
Cam replaced Jan 2015 and inspected in Dec 2017 and it is showing no wear
Timing Belt Kit Installed Jan 2015
Drivers side Axle replaced Jan 2015
New Blower motor Jan 2015
New Thermostat Nov 2017
New Glow plugs and Harness May 2016
New Radiator Oct 2017
New Radio with Bluetooth
New shift knob and boot
GTI Steering Wheel
New brakes and rotors
My Jetta has plenty of power with about 160whp and 275wtq and it still gets excellent fuel mileage. It is very easy to pass with this setup and the suspension is about as good as you can get for a MKV. The B6 Bilstein shocks will last for the life of this car and the VWR springs give you a sporty ride, while only dropping the ride height slightly.
