Samurai 1z MTDI Engine vibration

I currently have a a Suzuki Samurai with a 1 z MTDI engine.
It is running a Gilles built Land Rover 300 tdi injection pump with 205 nozzles.
What happening is it is vibrating really bad going down the road.
Anybody run into this before \?
If you have what did you do?

Online diagnosis is kind of difficult, so I have to ask, what brought you to the conclusion it is the engine and not another driveline or suspension component?

What engine/trans adapter are you using?

It ran vibration free before we installed the Giles pump. Giles has the mechanic doing a compression test. I have had not heard anything back yet.
It is running the acme kit.
As far as suspension it got Trail Tough yj wrangler with bonz springs Brand new. It got a new tt transfer case cradle. A new TT mounts for the trans. It has a 2.9 TDI 1 z ot of a 98 Passat. Transmission total rebuild, Transfer total rebuild all new suzuki u joints. Both rears rebuilt.
