No, wont work. Bolt pattern is asymetric, so you cant flip around.
If you have BMN engine, you have GT1749VC turbo which is Gen 3 VNT with seperate nozzle cage like on GT1756VK.
Bad thing about it: You cant use the 1756VK because the VNT lever arm is on the wrong side, so you would need to swap over all the 1756 internals to the 1749 CHRA and have the turbo balanced and afterwards VNT calibrated.
Aslo the 1756 is not the biggest possible GTB17 turbine.
But on the other hand, those BMN engines are not the best for tuning anyway. Way to much problems with Siemens PPD injectors...
