This is possible... I know VW has one running around here (had it at Fastivus about a month ago). Plus I think there is a VW office/testing facility in Nor-Cal.

A white Amarok with a Mexican (I think) license plate passed me on I-20 near Marshall in east Texas the afternoon of July 20. I was very surprised to see it.

awwsome! I got a 94 that im going to go under the wrench with soon.. doing a basic restore of it..... going to put an AFN or AHU motor into it also doing a wood flatbed
