1.9 pd injectors internal differences and compatibility?

Hi guys,
i didn t have a set of 4 identical injectors to instal nozzles, so i used some be, cl, cd ( pd150, 100, 105) injectors, in which i swaped the internals of the cd=...BF.
The car did not start and it seemd like some diesel pressure in the line, before i disassemble, do you know if this is due to an electronic difference or the reason could be about the build in your opinion please?

There are electrical differences in some of the injectors, but normally this shouldn't cause a no-start situation.
