I purchased this car in Dec 2014 from a very good friend with 167894 miles on it. Car is completely stock except for the grill. The majority of the work listed below was done by a vw master tech over at tommy’s automotive in west chester pa. I have all the receipts for the repairs listed below as well a ton of paper work going back to 2010.
Timing belt was last replaced at around 110k miles. Front grill replaced after someone tore out the vw logo which cracked the plastic. Car has zero leaks and has been very well maintained. It's not the prettiest but I was always more concerned with keeping up on maintenance. I really love this car and want to see it go to a good home.
Radio/windows/lights/heated seats and everything in the interior works as it should. Clean title and inspected in PA until May 2017 Please message me with any questions!
Oil/filter Changed every 5k miles.
Trans rebuilt at 131,000 miles on 4/24/12 (shifts perfectly!)
Starter Replaced 11/4/14
glow plugs and harness 12/21/14
fuel filter, cam shaft pos sensor, temp sensor 11/10/15
new borg-warner kp39 turbo and send/return lines installed 6/16
Crank shaft position sensor- 9/16
New fuel pump/fuel filter-10/16
New battery 11/16
