Source for v-band flanges to fit GTD1752VRK?

Have a GTD1752VRK turbo here I plan to fit to my alh jetta. Anyone know where I can source flanges to weld to the exhaust manifold and downpipe that match the ones on the turbo?

Someone must know where to source these?

Thanks Turbo, yes those are the type of flanges I'm looking for. Unfortunately he won't ship to a post office box, and as I live in quite a remote area that is my only option for shipping.

486 I already have a lathe in my shop, just thought it would be easier to just order some if I could find a source. Looks like I may need to just spend a little time machining some though.

Are these type of flanges usually metal to metal, or is there supposed to be some sort of gasket or o-ring in there?
