505.01 oil and filter in Winnipeg

Hi Guys,

My brother-in-law is on a cross country trip in a PD TDI.

I'd like to help him do an oil change tomorrow when he's through Winnipeg.

Does anyone know where I can find an oil filter and 505.01 oil locally (besides the dealer)? I didn't bring my TDI with when when I moved so I have no idea where to start.

Feel free to chime in as well if 505.01 oil has been superseded by any other oils (officially or by TDIClub consensus!).

I ended up picking up a filter from the dealer ($14!) and sent him on his way with a crankcase full of T6.
