Timing Belt Mechanic-New York

Looking for Timing Belt Mechanic near Long Island, N.Y.

Depends on your definition of near. I'm about 3 1/2 hours away. About $500 will cover everything parts and labor.

My wrench is in Rutherford, NJ, near NY city. He insists on changing the water pump, as he feels its better to do this when the belt is off, rather than do the job twice if the pump fails, this wya he can gurantee the whole job. He charged $800 for everything.

Metal Man would do a nice job, but he isn't that close... (still has good prices on parts, though...)
