1.6 tdi Polo 9 sec

Hello. Been around for many years yet cannot find time to be an active but always a respectful and loyal follower of the club. I would like share an acceleration video of one of the cars we have been working on for years.
It's a Polo tdi ( 90 hp originally ) with some updates in our own tuning company (Megachips). All the mechanic works and tuning is done in house.
In the video you can observe that the run from 100 to 200 speciously ends in only 7 secs however the actual time is 9.9 ( measured by racelogic, valid slope)

You need 300hp and 1100-1200kg max. car to make 10s with racelogic. If i remember your car was completely stripped of interior (lighter)
Please post your racelogic verified run.

Hey Only the seats are removed.
Actually I am not so interested in the dyno numbers, yet it probably produces more than that.

Having some problems with transmission,especially the 5th gear cant hold the power anymore,
Any idea or offer for an upgrade ?
