sensor 1 for exhaust temp bank 1 P0544

Anyone know which temp probe is sensor 1 for exhaust temp bank 1? Code P0544 2009 Q7 TDI

Potna, did you have this figured out? My touareg just got the same code, I'm looking to get this replced.

The temp sensor is actually mounted to the turbo on the back side near firewall, part number 058906088A 17mm wrench (tight fit) the connector is located on the top of the engine almost center but off to passenger side a little, it's right next to an orange connector that is the exact size (they can be swapped if a small tang is cut off) mine was reading max temp (over 800 c) with engine cold
