2014 Q5 TDI tuning

First off, newbie here. Wanted to say thanks in advance.
I just picked up a 2014 Q5 TDI for my wife. It has 13,500 miles on it. I'm looking to throw a tune on it to get a mild increase in performance and fuel economy, but my main goal is to lose some of the turbo lag.
I'm a Chevy guy not crazy familiar with this little beast but I'm fairly a competent mechanic.
Does anyone know any good tuners (chip or programmers) that are good quality, and easily removable/untraceable if the vehicle goes in to the dealer for service?
I'm looking for something that is DPF and Urea safe.
I've looked into APR and Express Chips if anyone can provide reviews or insight to either that would be great. Thanks again

Is this available for the 2014? Im worried about the emissions (California). I don't see pricing or info on the website.
Thanks for getting me pointed in the right direction.

My q5 tdi with Malone stage-2 is a 2014. The car is otherwise stock and the tune is DPF and Urea safe.

3.0TDI info is on the site. A tune alone will not have any effect on emissions testing.
