nice! i installed the curt hitch myself. no wiring harness though. It wasn't too difficult to do. Local shops wanted over 300.00 for labor, which is stupid expensive.

Not too bad an install, but drilling into bumper supports and trunk pan was a pain in the ass. How the hell did you do it in 3 hours? Took me probably around 8 and multiple installs of bumper until I got the trimming right.

I don't know... I didn't think it was difficult at all. I watched that video a few times and went at it.


But my garage skills may be a bit above average.

A few winters ago I got a little bored and turned this....

I think U-Haul charged me less than $200 for the hitch, drop ball, and install about 11 years ago. I did the wiring harness myself as they did not have one that worked with the JSW. That was worse than the hitch install since it seemed that every piece of trim behind the rear seat had to come out.
